1.2 This policy does not apply to services, as refunds or adjustments for services are governed by individual service agreements.
2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted for physical products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description provided.
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

- Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Shipping costs may be covered based on the nature of the issue.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility:
- Exchanges are permitted for damaged or defective products of equal value.

- Refunds are processed only if a replacement or repair is not possible.
