• Returns are only accepted for physical products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description provided.
• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Shipping costs may be covered based on the nature of the issue.

3. Exchanges
